"Whitening for Life" is available to all of our patients. Initial one-time enrollment fee is $99. This will ensure that our patients will be able to keep their teeth white and beautiful for life! Participation in this program requires semi-annual dental visits, which include examination and cleaning in order to receive touch-up whitening.
