Office Policy

At North Georgia Smiles we are happy to help you work with your dental insurance company. While we do not participate in any PPO or HMO plans, we do accept assignment from your insurance company but we do require payment of the estimated balance at the time of treatment.

If you have dental insurance a percentage of some treatments may be covered, but every plan is different. Though dental procedures (and overhead costs) have changed dramatically in the past 30 years, insurance benefits and yearly maximums have stayed exactly the same. Financing arrangements may be available, such as lines of credit that are designed specifically for medical and dental treatment.

We also accept MasterCard and Visa as well as your personal check.

For treatment that extends over a number of visits, North Georgia Smiles will be pleased to work out a payment plan during the time the dental treatment is in progress.

For our patients who need to finance their dental treatment, we work with CareCredit and CapitalOne.

With a comprehensive range of plan options, for treatment or procedure fees from $1 to over $25,000, we offer a plan and a low monthly payment to fit comfortably into almost every budget.

Capital One® Healthcare Finances makes elective dental procedures affordable for any budget. Use Capital One Healthcare Finance to pay for elective procedures, from $300 to $25,000.

CapitalOne offesr installment loans with low, fixed rates from 5.9% APR to 13.9% APR, or interest-free loans for 3, 6, 12, or 18 months to qualified applicants. Either way, you'll be able to find an option designed to fit within your budget.
